The 400 years old wine making method (with minor modern technology also involved) gives you the guarantee of highest quality. The 6 Puttonyos Aszú is terrific, beautifully floral, with dried apricot, honey, peach, orange peel, and backed by elegant minerals. With a whopping 160 grams of sugars the acidity is still bracing, and deftly brings the whole together. This is decadently sweet wine, but doesn’t tire the palate. This can be enjoyed now and over the next 50 or so years.
