Dominium range has been treated with advantaged care, it is their premium wine range, SS tank fermented, then followed by approximately 6 months of barrel ageing on batonnage. Harvested in October, from terroir “Kincsem” (My Trearuse). Strong quantity reduction, max 1kg crop/vine. Aged on batonnage, meaning that the fine sediment is stirred up in the barrel once every week. The barrels are not older than 8 years and lightly barriqued. Harmonious scents of elegant oak & green apple on the nose, with unique aromas of nut, almond, oak, vanilla & minerals on the palate.
