A bright ruby-coloured wine typical of Pinot Noir. The nose is mainly spicy, with fresh fruity notes. The cherry and raspberry flavours are complemented by cherry, sweet spices and the fuller aromas of barrel ageing. It is particularly enjoyable as an accompaniment to meat pies, cold pâtés, duck and lamb dishes.
