Tóth Ferenc Egri Bikavér Classic

A blend of 6 base wines. Grapes were harvested at full ripeness. After destemming and light crush fermentation in 150 hl stainless steel tanks for 24-30 days. Maceration with pump over, after fermentation the mash had been settled for 2 weeks. Base wines were put into different size barrels and aged for 18 months. 10.100 bottles were produced. Full bodied, riped fruity style wine with long finish.

43% Kékfrankos, 14% Pinot Noir, 13% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 10% Kadarka, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon
