Nuits-Saint-Georges AOC from Roux Pere & Fils is a classic Burgundy wine with a fragrant aroma and rich, well-balanced taste. Harvesting is done manually when the berries reach the optimum ripeness level. At the winery, the fruits are carefully sorted and, after delicate pressing, are sent for fermentation in steel tanks. Extract of wine takes place in French oak barrels for 7 months. The wine has a rich cherry red color. The bouquet of the wine reveals a complex, seductive aroma with hints of ripe cherries, black currants and gooseberries, light mushroom nuances and undergrowth tones. The wine demonstrates a round, full, well-balanced, harmonious, juicy taste with a silky texture, fruity-spicy accents and delicate tannins in a long aftertaste.
