Bindi Sergardi Bindo IGT Toscana Bianco

After destemming and crushing the grapes, the must was transferred into stainless steel vats where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16/18 C. The wine was stored in a stainless steel for a few months until bottling. Paper white color with golden highlights. An intense bouquet, with hints of peach and pear. Fresh and tasty, mineral with good acidity. Wine to drink young to better enjoy its freshness. 

30% Trabbiano, 50% Malvasia Bianca, 20% Chardonnay
