The whole Langhe area features an extraordinary diversity of soils and microclimates. nebbiolo is a very eclectic variety: from grounds rich in quartz sands and very fine silt, it takes fragrant and fruity scents. The result is a wine with impeccable harmony from the start, with graceful tannins and broad and immediate expression of the bouquet.

The colour is a brilliant ruby, rather deep, with charming mauve hues. The aroma opens with fragrant scents of berries that give gradually way to a note of wild violet. As for taste, the softness of nebbiolo combines well with the lively freshness of Barbera, in a mix that enhances the qualities of this wine. Very slight tannins wash the palate clean.
