A serious exploration of accessible Cabernet Sauvignon. Organically farmed with care. This bottling is fresh, youthful, and inviting. We find notes of oak lichen, blood orange, and even tender rose petals. The charm of the 2022 vintage allowed for less oak cooperage and small alternative fermenters. Throw in a whole cluster carbonic lot and gentle handling, this wine is anything but classic.
