From 55 year old vines, destemmed before fermentation, malolactic fermentation in barrel and ageing for 16 months in 95% French oak barrels and 5% American oak barrels. Floral character that might be attributed to the Garnacha, marked personality, combining ripe and elegant aromas. Flavors of blueberries, meaty tannins and aromas of violets and dry roses. The palate shows very good balance and stuffing, with fine tannins.
