Has the characteristics of a New World sauvignon blanc. A very lively tropical fruity fragrance, with passion fruit prominent. On the palate, white fleshy peaches add to the array of evocative fruit, accompanied by mild vegetal aromas. A concentrated, lively wine with a refined texture and a fruity finish. The characteristic acidity of the Etyek wine region blends well with the New World style of the wine. We recommend it with arugula-based salads, seafood, but you can also add it to grilled chicken breast with herbs.
