An initiative to preserve the land, this Brut Nature shows a decent and generous fruit. It is an alchemy of good sense and kindness for the vigneron that nurtures its terroir. Its integrity mixes respect and diversity. Each year, Triple B’s roundness awards the genius of an indefatigable labor, which experiments with a return to the roots, to promise a sustainable future with the modesty of today. 

Actively committed for many years to organic and biodynamic growing, the estate is involved in protecting the ecosystem and intends to respect the balance between terroir, plants and people. Cover crop growing between vines is controlled. Soil compaction is minimized. The soil is fed only with home-produced high-quality organic compost (600 tons), without chemicals and use an organic fertilizer to enrich the soils biology. Ecocert certified organic in 2015 and working on Demeter certification. 

This champagne gives fresh scents of lemon, mandarin, cinnamon, and candied fruits. In the palate it's straightforward, pure, and mineral.
