Golden-yellow with satiny tints. Expressive nose with complex notes of very ripe fruits (pear, quince), and fruit jelly. On aeration, the range of grilled and toasted fragrances appears. Once it has warmed slightly, they give way to minty and spicy notes, including ginger, cinnamon, and anise. The finish is dominated by cooked yellow fleshed fruits, generous, and persistent.
