A Telleira Godello

A Telleira is the Galician word used to mean “weaving”: tile factory. In the past, this type of mud cover was made on this plot using the reddish soil on the ground.

Production by controlled fermentation at temperatures between 15ºC and 18ºC for approximately 15 days, in 5,000 liter stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, it is aged on lees for at least 3 months.
